S738 S748 Dry Gas Seal for Pipeline Compressor
Operating Parameters
● Pressure: ≤15MPa
● Temperature: -60~200℃
● Shaft Diameter: 90~260mm
● Speed: ≤15000r/min
● Linear Velocity: ≤180m/s
The above limit application parameters are not met simultaneously, customized design for particular applications.
Product Description
● Non-contact running seal face.
● The surrounding design for seat effectively reduces the damage of equipment which
caused by broken seat.
● Two sets tandem frictional pairs, the primary seal is for main seal, the secondary seal is
for safe seal.
● The two stage seal design in same pressure, secondary seal also can operate safety
under the full process pressure.
● The auxiliary seal use high-performance polymer seal which has good temperature
resistance, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance.
● Meeting the compressor start-stop within full pressure and start-stop frequently cases.
● Unidirectional groove and bidirectional groove are available, and unidirectional groove is
preferred.
● Cartridge design is easy for installation and dismantling.
● Secondary seal gas supply port is provided normally, can add secondary seal gas.
Interface Details
● A Primary Seal Gas Natural gas of compressor discharge
