Company History
Start-up
The predecessor of the company, Sealing Technology Research Department of Sichuan Provincial Machinery Research & Design Institute was founded on July 17, 1978. Subsequently in 1992, Sichuan Sealing Engineering Technology Research Center was established.
Keeping up with the times
In September 1993, following the policy of national reform and opening-up, Sichuan Sealing Engineering Technology Research Center and NIKKISO in Japan jointly invested to form the first Sino-Japan foreign joint venture company in Sichuan Province, Sichuan Nikki Seal Co. Ltd.
Structural Reform
In 2009, the company was converted from a JV company to an equity diversified joint-stock enterprise. Consequently, the company was renamed to Sichuan Sunny Seal Co., Ltd. The reform of mixed ownership was completed in 2010.
Reform and Listing
On June 12, 2015, the company was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the A-share listed company in China's mechanical seal industry.
Capital Investment
Sichuan Sunny seal Co. Ltd. completed the merger and acquisition of UTEC(Suzhou) and Dalian Sun Seals Ltd. in 2016 and 2018 respectively.
Strategic Renaming
Commensurate with the leading position in the domestic market and the ambition to further develop its international business, the company was renamed to Sinoseal Holding Co., Ltd. in 2019.
