B6 Bearing Protector
Structure and Sealing Principle
● Mainly composed by rotating ring (part 1), static ring (part 2), and floating o-ring
(part 3).
● The static ring is fixed to the chamber through the stator o-ring (part 4), and a oil
return channel directly below the oil storage tank.
● The rotating ring is fixed to the rotor through the rotor o-ring (part 5), forming
several 90° bending and buffering chambers with the static ring. Impurities from
the outside are discharged through the drain tank directly below by gravity and
centrifugal force.
● The specially designed floating o-ring locks the static ring and rotating ring into
one unit, which acts as a static seal when stationary, achieving sealing between
the bearing and the external environment; During operation, the floating o-ring
"lifts" under the action of centrifugal force, greatly reducing wear, and the
expansion gas generated in the bearing cavity is safely released.
