Product Description

● It is often used at the end of extrusion pelletizer screws in polyethylene and polypropylene plants. ● It is a double dry seal for sealing solid material powders by introducing an external air source,no 　 　leakage of medium into the atmosphere. ● Seal structure and material has applied for a number of patents, it has a large number of successful 　applications in polypropylene plants.

Structure Features

● Simple structure, compact size, easy to install. ● The main part is designed as a fully sectionalized structure, replacement of seals without dismantling 　the unit. ● External spring, it will not be clogged with material. ● The specially designed rubber rectangular ring can be adapted to the poor smoothness and low speed 　of the equipment. ● The friction pair is made of the company's patented material and treated with special process, resulting 　in a long service life and resistance to dry friction. ● Adjustment of sealing performance can be achieved by adjusting the pressure of an external air source 　or an external spring.
