S737 Tandem Dry Gas Seal for Centrifugal Compressor
Operating Parameters
● Pressure: ≤10MPa
● Temperature: -60~200℃
● Shaft Diameter: 25~270mm
● Speed: ≤50000r/min
● Linear Velocity: ≤180m/s
The above limit application parameters are not met simultaneously, customized design for particular applications.
Product Description
● Non-contact running seal face.
● Two sets tandem frictional pairs, the primary seal is for main seal, the secondary seal is
for safe seal.
● The surrounding design for seat effectively reduces the damage of equipment which
caused by broken seat.
● The two stage seals adopt the same design, and can withstand full pressure, with high
safety and reliability.
● There is no secondary seal gas (nitrogen) supply, and the secondary seal gas is from the
primary seal gas leakage and a few process gas in secondary seal leakage will leak into
the atmosphere.
● Unidirectional grooves and bidirectional grooves are available.
● Cartridge design is easy for installation and dismantling.
● It is suitable for the occasion that there is no nitrogen gas source on site or the leakage
of process gas needs to be recovered.
Interface Details
● A Primary Seal Gas Process gas/External gas
● B Primary Leakage Gas Vent to flare/Recovery system/Vent to safe location
● C Secondary Leakage Gas Vent to safe location
● D Separation Gas Nitrogen/Instrument air, nitrogen is preferred
Recommended Applications
● LNG Refrigerant Compressor
● Natural Gas Pipeline Compressor
