In the golden autumn, there are many fruitful results. On the occasion of celebrating the 70th anniversary of our motherland, our company's “Development and Application of Key Technologies for Dry Gas Seal of Large Centrifugal Compressors” won the second prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology in 2019 ! The project is undertaken by our company,as the responsible and the main research unit, and jointly developed by the other well-known domestic enterprises such as Shenyang Blower Group, Sinopec Shanghai Branch, Ningmei Group and Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical. The research object of this project is mainly high-parameter dry gas seal under large shaft diameter, high pressure and high and low temperature conditions. So far, many project products have been successfully put into industrial application and passed the national appraisal, the performance indicators have fully reached the international advanced level of similar products.At present, the working parameters of our company's dry gas seal can basically cover all centrifugal compressors in China. The project products have broad market prospects in many domestic industries such as petrochemical, coal chemical, natural gas, etc. After promotion and application,it will significantly reduce purchase and operation costs, ensure the long-term operation of the enterprise, protect the environment. Meanwhile,it can greatly promote the technological progress in the sealing industry and related basic material field, and will also bring considerable economic and social benefits to the company.
