In order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China, the Youth League Committee of Sinoseal organized the "May 4th" Reading Month in 2022 with the theme of "youth intensifies Sinoseal, reading accompanies you and me". The event lasted one month and came to a successful conclusion. A total of 41 young employees participated in the competition, and 131 good books were recommended. The award ceremony was held in 501 multi-function conference hall on June 15. Members of The General Party Branch, middle-level and above leaders, Trade Union Members and some young employees of the company attended the award ceremony. The activity was kicked off in the Youth Friendship waltz. The dance was full of confidence from young people and their passion for life, which instantly ignited everyone's enthusiasm.

Comrade Yang Jing, a young member of the General Party Branch of the company, read out the list of winners. Ten young employees, including Zhou Hong from the manufacturing department 1, Tan Rui from the purchasing department and Wang Zhizhi from the manufacturing department 2, won the "star of reading" award. Five young employees, including Xiao Di from the manufacturing department 1, Wang Lei from the international department and Xiang Gang from the purchasing department, won the "star of popularity" award. The fourth group, composed of the technology department and the quality safety department, won the excellent group award. The leaders of the company presented awards to the winners respectively, and then the award-winning representative Xiao Di delivered the acceptance speech.

Ms. Xia Yu, deputy general manager of the company, Secretary of the General Party Branch and chairman of the Labor Union, spoke highly of the event. Ms. Xia mentioned that contemporary young people should listen to the Party and follow the Party , be grateful to the Party and the country, the society and the people, strive to improve their humanistic quality, increase their knowledge in learning, refine their character, and increase their talents in work. Young people should always be full of passion for life and work, and give full play to their due brilliance.

Ms. He Fang, the general manager of the company, summarized this activity and put forward three requirements for young employees: reading can make life more exciting, which should be a good habit in one's life, not a short-term pursuit; In order to build a learning enterprise, we should study and use books flexibly instead of reading books. When reading books, we should combine personal rational thinking with our own work. Only by thinking more can we make progress; Young people are the main force to promote the development of the company. Young people should love learning, carry forward the spirit of the May 4th Movement and be more valuable young people.
